Growler. 9% ABV. Pours a dark reddish brown with moderate head that dissipates quickly. Aromas of dark fruit/raisins, copper, sugar, and earthy yeast. Flavors of creamy banana/yeasts, dark sugar, sweet malts, and more dark fruit and copper. Nice iteration, especially for first batch.

On tap at Old Abbey Ales, pours a dark mahogany with a small beige head. Nose brings out notes of toffee, brown sugar and dark fruits, with an unmistakeable Belgian yeasty quality. Flavour is very pleasant, with brown sugar, banana, Belgian yeast, and toffee. Sweet but not cloying, with a very good balance. Could use a little higher attenuation, but this is still good as is. Nice one.
