Draught at the brewpub
This could be an alias of the European Style Pilsner
Hazy blond color, small head. The aroma is maybe milder than desired, but the flavor provides a good share of crackery malts and grassy hops.
Dave the brewer can achieve more with this beer, yet it’s clearly above the average Pilsner in this part of the globe.

On tap at Yaletown, pours a clear dull copper with a small white head. Aroma brings out notes of grass and crisp crackery malt. Flavour is crisp and biting like a good pilsner should be, with grassy hoppiness and dry crisp crackery malt. Very well-balanced and refreshing. A good thirst beer.
