On tap at Honey Moon, pours a clear pale yellow. Nose brings out fresh apple juice and light candied sugar. Flavour is dry and juicy, with dry apples without really any sweetness to speak of. Not a whole lot to this - just a solid straight forward cider done well.

Pale blond color. Nice cider aroma, but light. The mouthfeel is extremely dry and weak, with almost no flavor, just some lemony acidity, and an even weaker and drier final.
Not impressive.

Draught, Honey Moon
Pale yellow. Full apple nose. Spritzy, which overwhelms it a bit. But fresh apple taste is crisp, clean and refreshing. Love the lack of sulphur. Nice...
