On tap at Cascade, pours an opaque cloudy dark cherry red with no head. Aroma reveals notes of sour cherries, bourbon barrels and some moderate dark dried fruits. Flavour is quite acidic, but also very sweet and bourbony, including notes of sweet cherries, bourbon barrels, and acidic notes. Complex, well-blended and lightly acidic. Good stuff.
