On tap at Hair of the Dog, pours a deep dark amber-tinged brown with a tiny tan head. Aroma is super potent, with loads of rich bourbon, vanilla, alcohol, and some dark dried fruits. Flavour is intense, with loads of bourbon upfront, loads of vanilla, alcoholic liqueur, and dark dried fruits. Wow, this is intense. Complex, elegant, and cohesive. It's boozy, but not too overpowering. Wonderful stuff - perhaps on par with regular Matt.
