Sampled at Finnriver, pours a clear apple juice colour. Aroma brings out apple brandy, liqueur sweetness and alcohol. Flavour is insanely liqueur-ish, with brandy, oak, and alcohol. Wonderful stuff - really complex and elegant. Sort of smoky on the end. Never had anything like it.

Golden-bronze, sweet, clover and other basic honey and the pear is understated until the finish. Nice brown sugar finish.

Corked bottle at winery
Light amber color. Nice Williams pear aroma. Very sweet, syrupy, with mild fruit flavor, and warming alcohol.
Pleasant, but more liquor than wine.
