Draught at Alibi Room, Vancouver; 10oz
Cloudy blond color, with orange shades and compact head. The aroma is orange dominated, spicy too. Very dry mouthfeel, quite smooth too; the malt has a delicate creamy quality, a bit crackery; the hops are very citrusy: orange, cedar; the strong spicy yeast diminishes a bit the quality of the hop.
Excellent refreshing beer. Fresh.

@ Alibi as Galaxy Belgian Summer Ale. Opaque, not muddy. There’s a difference. Thin head. Aroma is massive galaxy...must have flown 50 kilos direct from Sydney...not too many better galaxy aromas in the northern hemisphere. So yeah, lots of lip-smacking

On tap at Howe Sound, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Nose is quite crisp, with Belgian yeast and crisp crackery malt. Flavour is quite robust, with loads of Belgian yeast, floral notes, light hopping and a spicy crisp biscuity malt finish. Very well-balanced, clean and highly drinkable. Good.
