Golden, strong. Alcohol taste with light pale malts and some herbal hops. Ok for a krepkoe.

Draught at Alibi Room, Vancouver; 10oz
Golden color, clean. Good malt presence, but the hops are non deScriptive; robust, but not oily like other Imperial Lagers; the alcohol can be perceived, and high octanes donβt usually play well with Lagers.
A good beer overall, but I wonβt get back here.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a clear pale golden yellow with a medium white head. Aroma brings out loads of grassy hops, big bready malt notes and a touch of boozy sweetness. Flavour is along the same lines, with loads of leafy grassy hops, some line, and bready malt. Good amount of residual sweetness and booze to amplify this. Big body but still pils like. Excellent job from Persephone.
