On tap at Hopworks Bike Bar, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of candied sugar upfront and Belgian yeast - no notice of the grapefruit. Flavour brings out loads of Belgian yeast upfront, with a touch of bitter zesty grapefruit. Nicely crafted - the Belgian yeast works well with the grapefruit. Good stuff.
