A showcase of the Japanese hop variety Sorachi Ace. Brewed in a hybrid Belgian/North American style with a Belgian yeast and a massive amount of Sorachi Ace. This beer is amber in colour and bursting with a lemon and dill flavour and aroma from the hops, with some delicate fruit esters and spicy notes from the yeast. This cask is dry hopped with Sorachi Ace hops, pink peppercorns, and lemongrass.

Cloudy amber color. The aroma is a bit peppery, the flavor a bit soapy. Besides that, the flavor is dominated by the usual spicy yeast; soft, with some residual sweetness. String bitter ess, with citrus peel hops, bit they could be better too.
Chaotic.

On cask at Craft Beer Market, pours a cloudy golden orange with a medium white head. Aroma brings out a huge whiff of the peppercorns and lemongrass upfront - some Belgian yeast and light hops further back. Flavour is along the same lines - though the Belgian yeast blasts through more than anything. I prefer the base beer. This is too busy and discordant. Okay.
