On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a hazy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma is heavy on the dry hopping with lots of floral notes, followed by Belgian yeast - very dry smelling. Flavour is along the same lines, with floral hops and light Belgian yeast in good harmony. Rather astringent but in a pretty nice way. Simply but executed very well. Good stuff.

650 ml bottle. Pours a hazy amber with moderate head. Aromas of coriander, citrus, yellow fruit, and toasted malts. Flavors of grainy biscuits, Belgian yeast, and soap with a little white pepper. Hmmm, good start on the nose...
