Nezapomenutelná lahodně hořká chuť i vůně tohoto svrchně kvašeného pivního speciálu vychází z vyššího obsahu alkoholu a vydatného několikafázového chmelení.

6th Oct 2014 on tap in the courtyard of Kulovy Blesk, Prague. Light amber in colour with head that did not want to be there. The aroma was malty and slightly fruity with mild hints of citrusy sourness. The taste was similar to the nose with the malts giving a pleasant sweetness while the citrus fruits turned hop bitter and tempered the maltiness well. Easy to drink, I like the sweeter, maltier brews and this fitted that profile nicely.

(Draught at Zly Casy, Prague, 16 July 2014. 6.2%) Pale amber colour with brief, frothy head. Malty, fruity nose with citrus, grapefruit, nuts and bready malt. Malty, hoppy taste with notes of citrus, orange peel, crisp-bread and a spicy, citric bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with balanced sweetness. Fresh and tasty. Nice one.

draught at Nota Bene, PETka from Zly Casy. Hazy orange-golden colour, creamy white head leaving lacework. Intensive hop aroma, fruity, slightly resiny. Full-bodied with an intensive malty base supporting the huge amount of aromatic and bitter hops very well. Resiny with tropical fruit and citrus fruit, perfetcly balanced bitter-sweet flavour. Smooth and velvety on the palate. I actually preferred the PET-bottled version - it seemed so much more intensive than the draught version.

Tap at U Slovanské Lípy, Prague. Poured a clear medium amber with a long-lasting frothy white head and lots of broken lace. The aroma is grassy hop. The flavour is medium bitter with a grass nettle woody hop citrus palate and a short bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation. A half decent IPA.
