Featuring fresh Fraser Valley Cascade and Centennial hops, this ESB has bright green flavours balance by the heavier malt backbone which provides a deep auburn colour and rich flavour.

Draft @ Red Racer. Dark amber, thin head. Aroma has a touch of diacetyl and so does the palate. Some earthy hop, light bitterness and a caramely slightly chewy malt profile but yeah, diacetyl.

On tap at Central City, pours a deep dark reddish brown with a medium tan head. Aroma brings out earthy, root-like hops, bready malt and a dank staleness to it. Flavour is along the same lines, with earthy hops, some cardboard and bready caramel malt. Not terrible, but pretty amateurish and all over the place.
