On tap @ brewery. Slightly hazy yellow with thin head. No carbonation. Funky wet socks and good vintage cheese on the nose. Light fizzy mouthfeel, immediate taste of lemon cordial. Finish is sour and cleansing, very similar to a Berliner Weisse. Excellent.

On tap at Batch, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma is heavy on the lactic notes, with a nice yogurty quality along with light tartness. Flavour is very fresh and fruity, with notes of melon and guava upfront, with a lovely lactic acid quality. Really superbly brewed, and very refreshing. Tastes like a Berliner to me. Excellent.
