Bottle at home. Aroma is floral, yeast, fruits, some peach, notes of citrus, sweetish bready malt, bubble gum, musty hops. Flavour is moderate sweet with a long bittersweet finish. Body is medium. Not very fresh, strongly yeasty and floral with a potent bittersweet flavour. Enjoyable.

On tap. Orange-amber color, aroma: plum, peach, apricot. Taste: plum, peach, stone fruit, plums, a little wild, Belgian yeast and good hop bitterness.

Barwa ciemnego bursztynu, zmętnione, piana w kolorze złamanej bieli, obfita, nieco wylatuje, ale potem szybko się redukuje. W aromacie słodko, brzoskwinia, pomarańcz, cytrusy, żywice. W smaku słodkie, sporo belgijskich nut, kojarzących się z owocami typu brzoskwinia, pomarańcz, morela, do tego nieco alkoholu, ale przyjemnego generalnie, nuty chmielowe - głównie cytrusy i żywice. Lekkie pieczenie od przypraw i od alkoholu, goryczka do wysokiej, wysokie nasycenie, spora treściwość, pije się ciężko i powoli. Bardzo konkretne, nie ma wątpliwości, że to Belgian IPA. Po ogrzaniu alkohol już nieco za mocno wychodzi, ale i tak jest to bardzo porządne piwo.

Magnum, Sorachi Ace, Enigma, Centennial and Simcoe hops. Almost clear rich amber beer, maaahoosive cream colour head. Palate is very airy and semi dry. Yeasty! Sweet yeast. Candy. A little malt cream underneath. Floralness. Light fluffy bitterish finish. Hops are somewhat lost amid the yeast attack. Bonkers!

Bottle 500ml. [ As Doctor Brew Anabelle Belgian IPA ].Unclear medium amber color with a small large, frothy - creamy, good lacing, mostly to fully lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, sweet malt, caramel, light to moderate hoppy, citrus, orange - citrus, moderate yeasty, belgium yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration, belgium yeast, sharp, fruity hops, fruity yeast, phenol notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Barwa bursztynowa, nieprzejrzyste. Piana gęsta, dość szybko opada. W aromacie nuty żywiczne, goździki oraz leciutkie cytrusy. W smaku Belgia, dodatkowo ziołowe, słodkawe. Alkohol dobrze ukryty. Mocne, degustacyjne.

Bottled at Beczka, Warsaw. Cloudy amber, rich creamy head. Generous hay-like marzipan aroma. Mid sweet with full body and rounded mouthfeel. Minty gray pears, marzipan and hay, citrus and white pepper. Long bitter finish. Well made.

50cl bottle. Pours slightly hazy dark amber colour with a mid-sized off-white head. Aroma of yeast, fruity hop aroma, citrus. Taste of strong malt, spices, belgian yeat, mild fruity hops.
