Bottle at Saraveza Farmhouse Festival, pours a cloudy filthy blonde with a medium white head. Aroma is extremely earthy, with Belgian yeast and lots of brett. Flavour is very bright, with farmhouse yeast, barnyard funk, and light stone fruitiness. Dirty and yeasty, with loads of complexity. Excellent.
