On tap at the brewery. Pours out clear golden color topped with a white head. Nose is pepper spice some biscuit malts a little honey sweetness. Taste is more of the nice pepper cereal malts some earthy notes.

Draught @ Fat Head’s, Portland, OR. Pours clear orange with a smooth head. Aroma of bready malts, grass, hay, pine and citrus. Taste is sweet, malty and bready with loads of grass, hay, sweet citrus and earthiness. Finish is sweet, sugary and stuffy with some bready malts, grass and hay. Quite sweet and hoppy for a bock.

On tap at Fat Head's Portland, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out light earthy notes. Flavour is similar, with cereal, spicy rye and fairly pungent hopping. Sweet cereal malt lingers. Decent beer.

On tap at the Brewpub in Portland. Light amber with a small head. Sweet and malty with caramel and hints of fruit.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear yellow golden hue with a medium white head. A big sweet floral biscuit malt nose. The flavor is toast, earthy, sweet honey, soft fruity hops. Very nice. Can this!
