Draught at the brewery. Straw, light haze, light and thin...has mellow bitterness, I like it.

Draught. Pour is cloudy yellow with white head. Aroma is spice and citrus. Melon in flavor with citrus and bread. Thin finish.

On tap at Structures, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out lovely farmhouse notes, along with dry melon and citrus. Flavour is quite bright, with rustic farmhouse notes, melon, citrus and dry biscuity notes. Really well-balanced with loads of flavour. Love what they've done here.
