Dull gold. Moderately bitter pils with generic German hops, bland malts, touch of diacetyl but not much. Still, don’t want that on a German pils.

Draught at the brewery
Hazy blond color, small head. Mild grassy aroma. Not weak, with nice chewy malts, some hay, light biscuits, mild grassy hops.
Not as aromatic as I like my Lagers, but not bad at all.

On tap at Strange Fellows, pours a cloudy vibrant golden orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out fresh corn, some grassy notes, and straw. Flavour is along the same lines, rather wet for a pilsner, with notes of corn upfront, followed by grass and straw. Easy drinking and nice enough, just pretty boring. Decent.
