Black color, with brownish head. Aroma of dark roasted coffee. Dry mouthfeel, but not too weak; heavy on the roasted malt and coffee, not too ashy though; it also has some chili hotness in the final.

On tap at Fremont, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out a nice mix of coffee and cocoa nibs. Flavour is similar, with rich notes of coffee upfront, accentuated with some nice chocolatey goodness. Slick mouthfeel that is balanced and easy to drink. Very good.
