Draught at Schilling Cider House, Seattle, as Riverwood Brut
Pale yellow color. Crisp cider, fresh apple feeling, off-dry, the light residual sweetness is pleasant, moderately acidic, and a bit of astringency in the final.

On tap at Schilling, pours a clear vibrant golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma is quite crisp, with champagne yeast, low-medium sweetness and green apple skins. Flavour is complex, with notes of champagne yeast, medium sweetness and crisp green apples. Very crisp, champagne-y and highly drinkable. Excellent.
