It refermented in the bottle, so there is some carbonation, and a lot of yeast in suspension. Strong fruity aroma, fox grape (Concorde grape). Off-dry, a bit acidic (this may not be necessarily bad), lively carbonation, with tickling feeling, a bit yeasty in the final. Not bad, but very clumsy.

Hazy and very pale. Aroma has a lot of wintergreen, and a fairly floral character. There is a light carbonation. Again, there is some wintergreen on the palate, with a light fruitiness (maybe black currant), Not bad actually. Would be better without the random refermentation in the bottle, but still there is good and unique character here.

500mL bottle, pours a cloudy blonde with a few bubbles of white head. Aroma brings out lots of bees wax, wildflower honey, and moderate sweetness. Flavour is quite thin, with a very citric base, fizzy muted champagne-y and low sweetness. Highly carbonated, thin, and citric. Leaves something to be desired.
