When Columbus landed in the Caribbean he discovered a continent rich in exotic colours and cuisine. This is copper –red in beer exudes roast malt flavours that give way to a spicy hop finish with slight coffee overtones.

Cask @ Salutation Inn, Nottingham. Deep dark clear golden ale with a small creamy head. Easy enough drinking pale ale with a light dryness to its hoppy character.

Cask (gravity) @ Nottingham Robin Hood Beer Festival (2014), Nottingham Castle, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England NG1 6EL. [ As Navigation Columbus ].Clear medium amber color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, vomit, UK yeast. Flavor is moderate to light light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, sharp, malt bitter, fruity, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. On tap at the Three Horseshoes. Amber colour with a thick cream coloured head. Decent fruity and malt aroma and taste. Thick body.
