Vintage 2014, on tap at Cascade, pours a cloud dark amber orange with a small off-white head. Aroma brings out loads of faint raspberries upfront, followed by medium tartness and acidity. Flavour brings out a fair amount of acidity, with loads of raspberries, some vanilla and bourbon. Complex and with tons of depth. Finishes with lots of acidity and a touch of sweetness. Excellent after 2+ years.
