Interesting beer! On nitro tap at Cascade. Pours a lovely purple color, pinkish, a large white purple head. A big vinous nose, oak and cherry. Rich cherries, sour red wine, fresh oak. Very smooth. Certainly a clear Cascade beer.

On tap at Cascade, pours a hazy mahogany with a small pinkish head. Aroma is complex as hell, bringing out deep dark dried fruit, shitloads of cherries, medium tartness and light spiciness. Flavour is along the same lines, with medium tartness, shot loads of cherries, light sweetness and a touch of spice. Harmonious, complex and not too sweet. This is really done well.
