On tap at Spinnakers, pours a cloudy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out crisp green apples and a crisp crackery malt backing. Flavour is along the same lines, with crisp dry green apples and dry crackery malt. Dry as hell, with a very green apple core-y finish. Solid blend but nothing special.
