Light bodied German Ale dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin and Haullertau Blanc hops. Subtle fruitiness from German ale yeast blends well with bright melon and berry notes from the hops.

Theoretically, this was a dry-hopped version. A dull gold colour. Not a lot of dry hop, just earthy and with a little pale malt.

Draught at the brewery
Hazy blond color, medium sized head. The aroma is lightly fruity. Dry mouthfeel, lean, not weak, with quite nice malts, grassy hops, some hay, very light fruity touch. Tastes more bitter than expected.
Nice summer beer.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a clear yellow with a medium white head. Aroma brings out citrusy hops, with a light white wine quality from the Nelson and dry crackery malt. Flavour brings out lots of nice citrusy dry hopping and dry crackery malt. Must be one of the most flavourful kolschs out there. Really nice.
