Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 4 | Overall - 5.5
On tap at Mountain Goat, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out bready and roasted malt. Flavour is sour and strange, with tart yeast dominating. Not sure why they'd chuck pedio Schwarzbier. It's solid for what it is.
