With only 1% left of the largest sub tropical rainforest on the East coast, the remnants of Big Scrub serve as a reminder to preserve the natural beauty of our backyard.
With floral aromatics and spicy herbal nuances, our new age lager has been dry hopped with Dr. Rudi. It's balanced with a subtle malt flavour and a firm bitterness.

500ml bottle into shaker. Cloudy pale amber beer with fulsome white head. Light carbonation. Aroma of pepper and tinny hops though very distant. Full bodied, nice texture. Flavour is reminiscent of ’Aussie Macro’. There’s a grain and bitter lemon hint which lifts this above the usual suspects but not by much.

On tap at Stone & Wood, pours a hazy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out light stone fruits, such as apricots, with biscuity malt and light floral hopping. Flavour is along the same lines, with stone fruits and floral hops. Clean and fresh, but uninteresting.
