Draught at Alibi Room, Vancouver
Hazy blond color. Fresh aroma, very nice, fruity, tropical. Dry and mildly citrusy, fresh flavor; it has a mild spicy and woody note in the final, probably that’s the Saison character, but it’s a bit out of tune compared to the very nice sour character, and for me this is more Sour than Saison.
Very nice beer.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of lacto upfront, followed by citrus and some hay. Flavour is along the same lines, with lots of lacto and citrus dominating, with a lightly spicy and citric finish. Very nicely balanced and highly quaffable. Really good.

On tap at Alibi Room with Brian. Pours a hazy pale golden with a weak white head. Aroma is very fresh, sour, feuity and some floral notes. Same character taste and aftertaste with bitter. Pleasant.
