7 months in the making finally I’m drinking this PNW faro much thanks to douglas and friends. Orange pour small soapy head. Nose is wonderful rich honey some funky barnyard. Tastes of wild honey, light vinegar, barn stable, wood, some citrus. Really well done, fairly sweet but in nice balance.

On tap at Belmont Station Bier Cafe, pours a cloudy bright orangey yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out loads of citrus fruitiness upfront, with subdued funk and very sweet honey. Flavour confirms this, with barnyard funk, leather and complex residual sweetness from the honey. Wonderfully done incorporation of the honey into this. Complex and a pleasure to drink. Really nice.
