On tap at Cascade, pours a cloudy dark orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out loads of cucumber skins upfront, followed by light spiciness and various barrels. Flavour is complex, with loads of deep cucumbers upfront, followed by light bourbon, vinous notes, and a little spiciness. Fairly acidic on the finish. Wonderfully done. Unique stuff.
