Tap at the brewpub in Portland. A really interested beer that managed the vanilla and bourbon flavours really well.

On tap at Sasquatch, pours a hazy copper golden with a small white head. Aroma is very subdued, with maybe some hint of the oak chips, not much else. Flavour is much more expressive, with lots of vanilla, bourbon and oak chips. Sweet vanilla and bourbon really characterize this without the heat. Surprisingly nice stuff.
