On tap at Old Market, pours a clear copper with a small white head. Aroma and flavour are both very subdued, with English malt and light toasted caramel. Not a whole lot going on here. Clean and pleasant, but forgettable.

Keg at the brewpub, Beaverton, 11/11/14. Clear golden amber with a moderate off white covering. Nose is biscuit, dark fruit rinds, caramel. Taste comprises sweet licks, caramel, candied fruit, brown sugars. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with sweet notes. No balance to this, just to sweet, no bitterness to temper the sweetness. Meh.

Draught. Orange gold with thick white head. Medium lacing. Aroma is hop, but not heavily hopped like a hop bomb IPA. Flavour is balanced, hop, malt, medium body. A good bitterish finish.
