On tap at Twin Sails, pours a fairly clear pale yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out notes of lacto upfront, followed by moderate salt, some floral notes and a touch of citrus. Flavour is very subdued, with almost no salt, low lacto and dry biscuity notes. Clean and pleasant, but lacking depth even for a beer of such low gravity. Leaves something to be desired.

Draught at the brewery
Hazy blond color with compact head. Controversial aroma, some lemon, some wet paper. The acid is very mild, not much lactic, not much citrus, mildly salty. This one is brewed very randomly, like "everybody brews Gose today, let’s try and see what happens".
