On tap at bittercreek Boise. Pours out a murky brownish amber topped with a small head. Nose is pit fruit sourdough oak barrels tartness and some sweetness. Taste is more of the pit fruit oak barrels and light tart.

375ml bottle at the Hoppy Pub, Thessaloniki. Hazy dark amber color with no head. Funky aroma, sweet fruity - cherry, berries, some malty caramel notes. Sweet and light bitter taste, funky sweet fruity again, berries and banana. Light to medium oily body with soft carbonation.

Draught @ TCBW 2015 Pours reddish orange with a small head. Aroma of sourish berries, cherries, yeast, caramel, toffee and wood. Taste is smooth, sweetish and slightly sour with some notes of berries, caramel, toffee and syrup. Finish is sweetish, malty and caramely with slight sourness and tart berries. Quite well balanced and tasty sour juice.

Bottle from Yamaichi. Lovely nose, plums, wood, a bit lactic and acetic, cream, cherry, caramel. Orange-amber, cloudy, with lace. Sweet plum with tart acidic barrel aged beer. Wood, yogurt, leather. Very complex. Highly drinkable. Low carbonation, oily, soft, great. Almost worth the price.

Draft pour at the pine box sour fest. I love it when I order a beer, and I get laughed at for butchering the pronunciation. Im not fluent in Italian beer names. Yet! Pours a glowing orange color with a quick fizz head. Aroma is sweet candy strawberry. Flavor is wonderfully sour up front with a sweet strawberry body and finish. So damn tasty. Love these beers.
