You’ve got a fever, and the only cure is more Hopspital. Named for our first location near historic LDS hospital, our session IPA is brewed with three kinds of hops int eh boil and dryhopping stages. Chinook and Glacier hops add a piney, fruity body with hints of citrus while Nelson Sauvin from New Zealand lend a tangy, subtly tropical flavor with notes of kiwi, gooseberry and peach. Drink two and call me in the morning.

Tap. Pours hazy golden orange, medium off white head, decent lacing. Aroma is pine and grapefruit, a bit old school. Flavor is about the same. Medium body.

On tap at Proper, pours a cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out lightly fruity hops and dry biscuity malt. Flavour is lightly fruity, with berries, some hopping and biscuity malt. A very fruity session IPA but still quite mellow. Okay.

Cloudy amber with a small off-white head and good lacing. Aroma is fruity, floral, caramel and earthy. Flavors of the same with some mild bitterness in the finish
Decent, easy drinking.

On tap at the brewpub. Pours a cloudy red/golden color with a medium white head, quite cloudy. The aroma is a nice light fruity hop nose with some earthy malts. The flavor is a nice showcase of mostly fruity/orange hops, bitterness is there, a bit chewy. Earthy mellow malt balance. Nice, a good session IPA.
