Draught at St. Augustine’s, Vancouver
Cloudy dark blond color, no head. Not as dry as advertised, it has enough character, a bit astringent, apple cider flavor, a pleasant degree of acidity, light acetic acid, a hint of apricots, and a nice alcohol kick.

Boozy, woody, has a more mellow apple note, but overall is hotter, and while it has oomph, it lacks refinement and complexity. Ok.

On tap at St. Augustine's, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of wood upfront, with crisp apples and medium acidity. Flavour is super woody, with bone dry okay wood upfront, crisp acidity and apple skins. Complex. The wood is used wonderfully here. Really nice.
