Dark brown with mocha head. Lots of roast on the nose. Similar palate. Full body with coffee and cocoa...not much nuance to it...no oyster character but "shells" wouldn’t give you that anyway. Good everyday stout.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours black with a small beige head. Aroma brings out medium roasted malt upfront with very minor oyster presence which imparts a slight briny quality. Flavour is along the same lines, with medium roasted malt dominating. Even slighter oyster presence. Simple but pleasant basic stout.

Draught at St. Augustine’s, Vancouver
The color is near black. Dry but soft Stout, moderately roasty, with a some caebiard aroma a mild saline touch in the final.
Nice Stout, no oysters were harmed just for this beer, just their skeleton.
