Draught at the brewery, as "2016 Foeder Tü"
Cloudy dark amber color with red hue. The aroma is moderately funky, tart, fruity. Soft body, moderately acidic, tart, definitively astringent, a bit woody, a bit funky, with berry character. Also a bit buttery, but not too disturbing.
Nice.

On tap at Wander, pours a murky dark amber with a small beige head. Aroma brings out lots of wild yeast upfront, with some dark stone fruits, and dry bready malt. Flavour is funky and fruity, bringing out a nice mix of wild yeast characters along with dark stone fruits (plums) that have little residual sweetness and some light tartness. Nicely constructed, with a very pleasant wild yeast character showing off, though there is some strange fruity sweetness that doesn't seem entirely cohesive. Nevertheless, very good.

On Tap at the Bellingham brewery Pretty clear for a fres hop beer. Deep copper color witha quick small off white head. Lots of up front fres citrus pith hop flavor and aroma. Decent bitterness and a clean palte. Very nce
