Draft pour pint at Cairn. Finally getting around to trying this beer, and since I've actually had quite a lot of macro Mexican lager lately, I'm actually pretty stoked to ty this at this time. A copper amber pour. Soft metallic, even softer bready malts on the nose. Plenty of flavor in this, which instantly separates it from a typical beer in the style. Flavor isn't bad at all either. Cool, slightly sweet bready malt. A bit watery, but just barely. Exceptional for the style.

On tap at Cairn, pours a clear copper amber with a small beige head. Aroma brings out notes of corn and straw - quite malt. Flavour is malty, with cereal malt sweetness, straw and light boiled vegetables. Sweet and vegetal on the finish. Meh.
