Fruity esters on the nose, pears, with soft floral notes. This beer is all about the yeast. We use a 50/50 blend of yeast from 2 famous Belgian breweries - Westmalle and La Chouffe, resulting in a very classic Belgian golden.

16 oz can poured. Much thanks to Matt for sharing the can. Pours a lighter golden color with patchy fizz head. Slight apple grain aroma with a subtle sweetness. Flavor is dry, with a moderate bitterness. Slightly creamy, but overall lacks in depth and consistent flavor. Not bad, but not interesting for a fresh hop IPA.

Hazy golden color. The aroma is just earthy, vegetable, bready, not too strong though. The mouthfeel is lean and dry, the malts have a biscuity character, the hop is moderately earthy and peppery, and hop resins in the final.
Quite drinkable, nothing special though; could pass for British ESB too..

On tap at Hearthstone, pours a pale golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of fruity esters from the Belgian yeast, along with a little bubblegum and candied sugar. Flavour is in the same vein, bringing out a very messy and harsh cloyingly sweet character of bubblegum and candied sugar. Fruity esters abound. This isn't well-curated - needs work.
