On tap at Rip Current, pours a hazy dark amber brown with a small white head. Aroma brings out toasted bready, light candied sugar and dry caramel. Flavour is along the same lines, with bready malt, candied sugar and Belgian yeast. Sweet, but not cloying. Closer to a traditional dubbel than most North American attempts at the style. Decent.
