On tap at growler guys pours out pale straw topped with a small head. Nose is nice sweet tart apple notes and some funk. Taste is more of the funky tart apple kick.

On tap at Schilling. Light yellow and just a wee touch of haze. The nose is cheesy and poopy. Soft body, though. Off-dry. Some heirloom complexity but not full-on.

On tap at Structures, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out nice farmhouse yeast, followed by crisp apple and light champagne. Flavour has a nice farmhouse quality to it, with medium sweetness, champagne-y yeast and light funk. Wonderfully constructed, with lots of depth. Excellent.
