Straw with a thin head. Slightly grainy nose. Light pale malts, biscuity and bready. Moderate hops are continental, just enough bitterness and dryness to live up to the pilsner name. Not half bad.

Draught at the brewery
Hazy blond ale. Mild Aroma of wheat bread and yeast. Light white bread flavor, try mouthfeel, some yeast traces, and no noble hop character, but with correct bitterness level.

On tap at Faculty, pours a hazy pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out crackery malt, bready notes and a hint of herbal notes - no grassiness that one would hope for in a pils. Flavour follows suit, with herbal notes, crackery malt and dry biscuity notes. Dry, clean-ish, with a herbal finish. Bland and uninteresting, as usual.
