Heather Honey IPA brewed in collaboration with Arizona Wilderness utilising local heather honey, lots of big a beautiful US Hops and a mixed yeast culture incorporating local West Yorkshire ale yeast. Lots of floral sweet honey on the nose, big juicy/fruity hops in the mouth and a really balanced finish.

Draft at Cooper's, Chelsea. Unclear orange pour. Citrus, honey, and floral aroma. Balanced malt to hop ratio. Clean and very drinkable. Finishes a little sticky and somewhat dry. Watching this get panned around here because it isn't a new American version is inevitable, bit it's nicely made.
