Postman Spelt Pale Ale is a farmhouse ale loaded with spelt and suffocated with Simcoe, Amarillo, and Falconer’s Flight hops. Coming in at a lean 5.2%, we think this is the right choice for day drinking. Named in honor of Newberg’s founding Bavarian and original Postmaster General Sebastian Brutscher (whose former farmland we now call home), the Postman always... drinks nice.

On tap at Wolves & People, pours an opaque cloudy golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of dank dry hopping and biscuity malt. Flavour is super fresh, with lots of dank hops, tropical fruitiness, and backed by biscuity malt. Nice dry hopping, with a lovely subtle tropical fruitiness on the finish. Very nice.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a cloudy orange color with a small white head. A nice soft citrus earthy nose. Big oranges, some over ripe mango, toast and a light bit of grains. Quite clean and flavorful. Solid.
