Draft at the source. hazy pale gold, white head. Aroma of tart fruit. Taste is tart fruit, honey, floral notes. Sweet and tart finish.

On tap at Cascade, pours an opaque cloudy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of honey upfront, followed by light oak. Flavour is super complex, with lots of honey, oak barrels and more honey. Complex and wonderfully designed. Excellent.
