This Graff is a true collaboration, a hybrid of ideas, as well as a hybrid of Beer and Cider. Initially brewed as a beer, it then undergoes a secondary fermentation with the addition of unfiltered Apple Juice or ‘Must’, sourced right here in Abbotsford. Heavily Dry- Hopped with Jarrylo and Mosaic, our Graf is crisp and dry, with a big juicy bouquet of pear, apple, tangerine and stonefruit.

650 ml bottle. Pours amber with little head. Aromas of dull dry apples and wet malts. Flavors follow same with additional grass and bitter citrus. A bit odd for me.

On tap at St. Augustine's, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma is quite restrained, with dry apple and pear must, and subdued floral dry hopping. Flavour is along the same lines, with a vinous, Belgian-style yeast character, dry apple and pear must, and floral dry hopping. Not particularly deep or interesting - the different elements don't expose themselves all that much. Solid nonetheless, just underwhelming.

Draught at St. Augustine’s, Vancouver
Blond color, clean. Dry and lean, it has some Lager qualities, a bit of crisp malts, light sourness from the fruit.
Simple but clean.
