Cask at the brewery
Hazy golden color with generous head. The aroma is delicate, fruity, stone fruits, and some butter. Sweet mouthfeel; although not listed, it tastes like the other one made with Golden Promise; peach jam, resiny hops, a bit metallic, and with yeast residue in the final.
Good but not clean.

Cloudy dull tan. Bitter and butter...you can tell by the look that something is amiss in fermentation and sure enough a nice amarillo nose is undermined. No real malt expression and yeah, diacetyl.

On cask at Main Street, pours a hazy golden with a medium white head. Aroma brings out butter, biscuity malt and light piney hops. Flavour is unfortunately ruined by the diacetyl, with lots of buttered popcorn, light piney hops and biscuity malt. Something clearly went wrong here. Not good.
